Had apt @ 8 am, no show, returned call, then said about 11, didn't show then said 1 pm. Man arrived a little after 2:15. He looked at what was to be done and made a list of what was needed and went to home depot, gone about 45 minutes. He handed me three 1 pole 15 amp breakers, said he got them incase i need them later. Realized he needed a 2 ft piece of wire. Went back to home depot gone between 1 1/4 hrs and 1 1/2 hrs. With one trip would have been less than 2 hours total. I priced the material at home depot and $225 with tax. Gave me a bill for $1, 500 and when questioned he said the boss said it was because so many electricians went south for hurricane irma. When initially called: told $125 per hour for one person and $175 for 2 people. Only 1 person came.
