HCL — refund our money and compensate against inconvenience

Sir,
With due respect I want to state that I had purchased HCL ME tablet Connect 2G via Star CJ alive on 14 Jan, 2014.Delivery was made on 21 Jan, 2014 at about 5 pm, On 22 Jan, 2014 we found that the ports of the device had a foul smell of burning & USB port was not working, On 23 Jan, 2014 we went to local care centre and asked for repair/replacement. They said that it was a DOA case & the replacement would make and asked for 15 days. Due to this we suffered a lot of inconvenience. On 15th Feb, 2014 the new tab was given to us but it was not the tab for which we made the order its HCL ME V3.Secondly, It was a dead piece and it was not working at all, So immediately we went to the customer care centre .They took the TAB and asked us to wait for 5-6 days for redressal. We have gone several times there to enquire but we get negative response.
After that we called to Star CJ alive, they transferred our call to HCL customer care they asked us to mail all essential details with scanned copy of bill and ensure us for quick response but the result is negative,
After two days they replied us for apologize and asked for few days.On 6th march, I mailed them and ask for refund and in response to that on 8th march they again apologize and asked for few days.
Now I am fully frustrated by them and finally knock the doors of consumer court.

not working

i have hcl u1 tablet. its not working properly when m startup it and open any app then getting error " unforunaltely browser has stopped".and its camera also not working
