[Resolved] HDFC Bank — 9100/- debited from Current Account | |
THE HDFC Bank (MIT Marathon Park, Bund Garden Road, Opp Sun N Sand Hotel, Pune 411001) has charged a wrong Penalty of Rs 9100/-(in our Current Account (50xxxxx8990) on[protected] and They are not ready to reverse it. The penalty is imposed by bank on us for a transaction at our outlet on 08-jun-2021 for an amount of Rs 300/- by ATM, TID No. 48XXX127. Even though we have produced them original Customer slip along with BPCL Automation generated bill Copy for the above transaction they are not ready to reverse it. The above penalty is therefore not acceptable to us . Also The bank has intentionally never mentioned the batch no. of the transaction and the transaction went in our 7th Jun 2021 shift. They have also not intimated us in Transaction+5 days .They intentionally mailed us this claim without batch number so that we won’t get the things easily. Even though they wrote us on 01-sep-21, i.e after 84 days of actual transaction, we had tried our best to find out the slip. The paper roll provided by bank for settlement and Merchant slips is of such poor quality that its printout get vanished in max 50 to 70 days and HDFC ask us to preserve the slip for 18 months.
