I opened a saving account through digital medium and also completed the full KYC. After that the bank dispatched the welcome kit to my aadhar card address which is in west bengal thus the welcome kit was in delivered and my account was blocked. After that I changed my communication address and finally recieved my welcome kit. After that when I visited the HDFC Bank, civil line branch, Jhansi (UP), the manager told me that the account will be automatically unblocked. After 3 months I am aspecting my EPF withdrawal amount in my account but after waiting for 25 days when I talked to EPF customer care they said that the delay is from the bank side. Thus I visited the branch again and after checking they shamelessly said the my account is still blocked after requesting and yelling they said me to write a written application to unblock the account on 28.09.21 and seriously after that also my account is still unblocked.
