I changed my account address around almost 20 days ago and all of a sudden i got an email saying my account is blocked as the letter was undelivered, Everyone in my home is working individual. the courier person doesn't even call so that something can be arranged. And due to this, they have placed block into my account, This is absolutely ridiculous. It is my salary account and its connect to my auto debit payments, My UPI is connected with that account, This is so difficult for the customer. How stupid can due diligence be that its now harrasing the customer itself. The RM doesnt know anything about this, The branch people are clueless as to what to do. What a funny bank.
