[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — agent rude behaviour

Hi,

I am working in wipro pune location in phase 2 and contacted amir [protected] for creating era account but he told he is in village and gave number of another colleague [protected] kiran who was in wipro pune phase 1 and told he will surely come in 1 hour that is before 4 pm but he didn't turned up, so i have called him and he told he is busy in induction and will be there before 5 pm.

He nither came here nor picked up the call but when i called for the fifth time then he received the call and told he will not come and wait for monday in a very rude manner which is not acceptable.

Please look into this matter asap.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. the bank has auto depit my credit card number ending with 2618. i am not interested about this service . and don, t want this membership any more. so cancel the membership.
