I ordered a mobile on flipkart online on 6/03/2024 on emi from hdfc credit card for rs 16175.But on 07/03/2024 I cancelled my order on flipkart. The msg received was (the refund processed and will be credited by 13/03/2024)
On 11/03/2024 an amount of Rs 16175 was credited to my credit card with 3 emi option.mentioned as aggregator emi offus, for which I never applied.
I want to convey that I don't require such activities and money which are transacted without the consent of customer.
I request you to cancell the transaction effected by the bank itself without the consent of customer and ket me to live a simple and flawless banking relationship.
