[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Amount deducted via MPS mode 10000 but did not credited in beneficiary account and received timeout error

Yesterday around 7 pm I have done the imps transaction of amount RS.10000 from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

It's been 18 hours of transaction but till now amount neither credited in beneficiary account nor reversed back to my account Why dont you credit it back when Transaction timed out and money debited from account???
Below find attached screenshot with all details and take certain action immediately and credit back as soon as possible
