[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Amount is not credited to Beneficiary account

Hi,

I have made transaction of Rs. 1000 to beneficiary SBI account.
HDFC transaction is not successful and beneficiary account is not credited with same amount.
Error showing in HDFC account is "Transaction timed out at beneficiary account end"

Please try to check the details and fix it ASAP.

Dear Customer,

We find your fund transfer through IMPS is successful. However, if beneficiary denies receipt of payment in their account, we request you to ask the beneficiary to share his bnak account statement from transaction initiation date to today's date to check and assist you better in this regard.
