HDFC Bank — AN Amount of Rs.7000 and still still showing -1700Rs.is been debited from my bank account

An amount of Rs.7000 has been debited from my account in the same day on 8th sep 2014.and still showing -1700Rs in my account. I dont know what are the policies you people following in the bank policy with out intimating a customer prior to taking proper action in debiting the this much amount at a time on single day.Please tell me the procedure how to file a case on this.
