HDFC Bank — Bank account opened on false promise | |||
I have opened an account in HDFC Bank Rohini branch 2 years back. Customer executive has told me that i need to deposit 25000 initially and can withdraw afterwards and no AQB charges will not be deducted. But they have charged the AQB Charges regularly each month for 1 year. When I contacted branch manager they told me that if I am not able to maintain the balance than I should close the account. Instead of reversing the charges they forced me to claose the account. Was this information helpful? | |||
