[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Ltd — credit card: insurance without consent | |||
I had applied for the upgrade of the diners club rewardz card upgrade to diners club premium card. Bank issued me the card and along with that without my consent they have activated smart pay services and also charged the premium for credit shield insurance which i have never requested. I called the customer care regarding this and they claim that they are not aware how it got activated and they need to check the person who issued card and it is going around without any clarity. I need the issue to be addressed by the consumer helpline as banking is charging me at there wish. Was this information helpful? | |||
