I am highly disappointed with the customer service HDFC is offering.I have been using HDFC debit card since the past 1and half year and until now I have not come across such poor assistance. It was after taking this credit card that I got a call from [protected](a lady caller) who informed me about the health insurance plan and i was interested in it initially but after forwarding the call for further verification...He seemed to repeat the same manual all over again and again which was earlier mentioned by the lady. After asking them to call me later (mentioning that I was in a meeting ) they called me incessant times in my mobile first and later in in office landline because of which I had to block their number.
And further the next day when refused to go for the insurance they were forcing me to avail the offer considering it to be a bad feedback on my relationship with the bank.
