Hi Team, I'm Avinash from Karnataka. My request with regards to HDFC bank credit card payment. Since 3 months I've been following up customer care and sent many emails to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" for cancel the restructured EMI for my credit card. They are not responding it properly and simply respond, it would resolve in 48 hours. Please look into this issue and resolve ASAP. Since 3 months I've been following up customer care and sent many emails to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" for cancel the restructured EMI for my credit card. Am writing this because, am not able to use my card for transaction, while I contacted customer care, they told that restructuring is on process, so kindly do the needful on using card.
