We request you to please refer below details of Installment returned unpaid till date:

Installment Due Date: 05/11/2010
Reason for Return : INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

This e-mail may be taken as a confirmation of Return(s) and the reason(s) thereof.

In case of any discrepancy on the reason for EMI return, the matter may be taken up with your Banker for necessary clarification,

"The loan account has a current overdue amount of Rs. 514.00 "

The breakup of the overdue amount is as follows:

Return Charges: Rs. 450.00
Late payment Charges: Rs. 64.00

Incase of a returned EMI, the following charges are applicable:

Return charges: Rs.550.00 per instance + service tax 15% .

Late Payment charges: 2.00% per month (Calculated on daily basis from the date of return of EMI till payment of outstanding EMI)

Kindly visit your nearest Retail Loan Service Center along with cheque / DD for amount mentioned therein favor of HDFC Bank Ltd Loan Account No XXXXXXXX.

but 5/11/2010 this time divali vacation so pl consider situation and wiver my panalaty and give no due certificate
