[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cash back on purchase of APPLE MAC BOOK

Dear Sir

I have purchased Apple laptop on 23.10.2020 and made payment on Credit Card -HDFC Bank. As per the condition cash back would have been received in last month as per the confirmation by Customer care of HDFC but it has not been credited in my credit card statement.

As per attached credit card statement I have paid Rs 110691 as Apple Laptop payment for which I did not received cash back of Rs 7000 as mentioned on Apple website at the time of booking While purchasing credit card I visited bank And they assured that cash back will be applicable please resolve matter at earliest
