Dear sir I have cash withdrawal 35000.rupees dated 20 jan2015 but i have not received this amount causes ATM machine jammed and amount locked in outer by ATM machine and immediately call guard and bank staff ankur aggrwal backup manager mahila colony Gandhi nagar delhi 31.immediate switched off ATM machine than switched on .and amount will back ATM machine than I complaint customer care and fill disputes form and sand by mail or bank many times but not respond .
