[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cashback not received | |||||
Date of transaction- 28 June 2016 Amount- 11999 Ref no.-141745 Respected Sir/Mam, I had purchased a Le eco Le 2 on 28th June. I was to receive a cashback of 1200 if payment was done by Hdfc vank debit or credit card. I also fullfilled all the criteria for cashback as mentioned in the terms. But I have yet not received the cashback for the same. As promised the cashback of 1200 was not credited in my account and when I contact LEmall, they deny that its not their fault.
