Hi I have a loan with HDFC Limited and my loan account number is[protected].I had visited your Capital Court, Munirka branch yesterday (1september 2015) and had made payment of 5 instalments .But these instalments have been adjusted against the tenure rather than against the loan amount.Request to please keep the tenure of my loan unchanged to 199 and reduce the loan amount accordingly.Looking forward to an expeditious resolution.
