[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Charging towards program management fees | |||||
The bank has charged my account for two quarters Rs.114 and 115 towards program management fees. The bank did not intimate about this. Account holder's confirmation is necessary before charging any such amount. The bank has done this unilaterally. I request that such amount should be credited back. Sir i had a bike loan of 32000 from hdfc bank . They charge me 1780 rupees in name of loan file charge . Is that right amout and how much file charge of 32000 loan . Please help . Thanks
