This account is related to insurance with home loan account. I have requested for the closure of this insurance and processed on March. Later I got an sms notification to pay the amount and I did. But in my credit report it is showing as delayed payment for April.

I used to track my credit report 100% on time payment now I can see a delay. Definitely as a customer point I am not aware of this I have configured ACH and expecting a auto debit. This is totally hidden and even after payment showing delayed is not at all acceptable. There was no action taken nothing notified from my home branch as well.

I here by request to take necessary action and please help to correct this report. As it was not caused by my fault.
