[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — close my saving, trading and demat account

I want to close my saving and demat account which i have mention above. I have visited the nearest (Magarpatta city, hadapsar, pune) branch as suggested by customer care but they do not solve my problem, they given excuse that they don’t close saving account, first you need to close demat account and for this you need to visit (East street camp branch, pune) because we do not handle closer for demat account.
We have visited east street camp branch, pune, they said first you need to pay 1238/ and then you are able to close demat account but as per customer care complaint hdfc customer care person already said you need to pay 450/. I have no idea why the same hdfc bank employee telling different.. Different thing. After some discussion i agree to pay 1238/- for closing demat account. Demat help desk employee said pay through cash and we will proceed further, i bring cash from atm now again drama drama drama by hdfc, east street camp branch, they said no sir you need to pay by claque of other bank not hdfc bank claque because your account is showing dormat. I agree to pay by claque also but they said come to monday then deposit your claque once the claque will get cleared you need to submit the demat account closer form. I said ok now again drama ma’am after that you need to close trading account and now i shouted and said i am not going to close anything. For closing saving account you need to spend 1500k / 2000k for travel one branch to other branch because it will take 6 o may be 7 days and we are not sure they will close the account.
Extremely unprofessional behavior, is really pathetic. It takes hell lot of time i have travel on branch to other branch but they are unprofessional even they have no idea to how to handle customer.
1. Ram sharma ([protected], [protected]) has opened my account in jaipur branch for salary account … demant and trading account opened without my knowledge. I have no idea of demat/trading account and never used. Why they have opened demat/trading account and now i am facing the issue. I am not going to visit any hdfc branch to close my saving/demat/trading account. They are just playing with customer time and money. I will pay through online or either they will pay my traveling allowance and time value. Because i have tried my best and visited branch many times.
2. Vindo kumar-[protected] scheme branch person said just visit near brunch and submit the closer form they have provided the link also. I have already visited two branch in same days and after discussing with hdfc bank person i need to visit many times to close the account why i will suffered.
I am ready to pay through online and send closing form on address. Either hdfc pay my travelling amount and time which i am going to spend. Because i have not open the demat and trading account.

Below is the mail which i have received i marked bold some of the key points with "...".

This mail clear said go to nearest branch and close your demat account.

Please stop cheating to customer if they are not aware of demat account then why you gusy opeing only for your profit.

This issue is still not get resolved, i am continuously getting the mail and message regrading demat account, even i have received a mail to show the confirmation regarding account closer slip, i have already sent but HDFC guys is not responding my mail.
Can you please take action.
