Your Home Branch refused to accept my application for closure of SB Account, stating that some loan is pending. If any loan is pending, there should have been a regular deduction of emi from the SB Account. However, there is no such deduction, as there is no loan pending. Stop harassing a common man. The issue pertains to the loan department of the bank who have not issue clearance on the loan taken for purchase of electronic items from Croma in the month of July 2019 and on which the last EMI was debited in the month of August 2020.

Got a call yesterday from the Branch Manager. The problem is from the loan Department. They have not issued no due certificate or any clearance for purchase made from Croma in the month of July 2019. The last instalment was debited from the SB Account on 05.08.2020.
