I was using one of the basic hdfc debit card then company one day without my permission sent a hdfc platinum debit card for 885 inclusive of taxes. And now without any prior information they have charged 885 renewal fee too and i don't even used debit cards. Not once i used it. If they had asked or informed me about this platinum card i would never opt for it. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Uptill now i might have paid approximately 3-4000rs and all that without my permission. You can't send your most expensive card without asking the customers. If this is your policy then please send HDFC Diners club privilege card. I'm willing to pay 10k annually for that. My point is never have i ever been asked before sending this card. Never have i ever before been informed about the annual charges or anything. My transactions on this card usage is literally 0 in last 2-3 years. I barely used debit cards.
