HDFC Bank — Complaint against a Joint House Loan with HDFC Bank

Good afternoon. From my recent CIBIL report, I found that I have been attached as joint account holder for hdfc housing loan (account number :[protected], Owner: Saripalli Sivakumar). Actually I have contacted my nearest hdfc housing loan office and found that the signature that had been signed on the document wasn't signed by me. Also I want to bring to your notice that Mr. Sivakumar saripalli is my husband but we were separated 1.5 years back and there is something fraudulent that has happened with this. They are having all my original docs with which they have manipulated something but the signature was not signed by me. I can visit the branch and show my original id proofs with my original signature.

I don't want to be a part of this Housing loan as a joint account holder because this was done without my notice and approval. Please let me know what is the procedure for this. I will be very thankful to you. Please respond ASAP. I am attaching the screenshot of my cibil report.
