HDFC Bank — Complaint against hdfc bank credit card department | |||
I have a credit card for hdfc bank, due to my job change I shifted my self from Delhi & NCR to bihar. I called to Bank regarding change of address so that I will be able to make payment but they said they can not change as bihar is not in there service area I asked to send bill through email but as till today not a single bill as send out on my email. Suddenlly they Mr. yogendra bhati Debt Management Risk Management hdfc bank gurgaon Cell Number:- [protected] alled to my Father and abused him, used very bad language.
