[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Complaint against the employee

Dear sir,
i want to make here a complaint against the employee of hdfc bank and his name is Deepak Singla, branch manager of sitto guno branch, teh Abohar, Punjab.
This person has misguided me by saying that if i register a policy he will give me a credit card.I have made so many complaints against this person but i didnt got any solution till now and its been fifteen months but i didnt got any relevant solutions and this been a very bad experience for me with hdfc bank as im a very old customer of hdfc bank as my car loan and bank account is also through hdfc bank but this issue made me very unsatisfactory with the service offered buy hdfc bank.I do have recordings and proofs against this person and when i asked him that i will make a complaint in ombudsman and to your senior he said that they cant do anything against me.

As a solution i want either my policy amount back or hdfc bank shall issue me a credit card worth Rs 1 lac against this policy, I will really be grateful to you.

hii im jatin aggarwal from janakpuri .. one month ago i apply for current account in HDFC BBANK (janakpuri ) hdfc employee :- inder rana and swami sir entertain me and i gave them all document which they demand but till now my current is not open i have 2 current account in hdfc(janakpuri) i close both the account.. i issue a cheque of 26000rs to hdfc bank cheque is clear approx 2 weeks ago.. today i go to bank(janakpuri).. swami sir is on holiday and inder rana dont knw about anything now .. on monday i close my both account or you take strict action.. till now i have nothing no account detail but my 26000rs is gone to your bank take strict action

This is Anand Rasale HDFC BANK Acc Holder. i am facing a problem from last 15 days i have got a credit card ending with 3300. and its been activated with One Assist i went to the bank to know the details "HDFC Bank" branch solapur hotgi road branch. i was given a very arrogantly answere " we cant help you in this matter "
you can call customer for your further process call them and adk for the further assistance.This is the service provided in "HDFC BANK" what should i do at such condition. customer care never replies and bank employes says "We Are Sorry"

Hi,

I m an existing customer of HDFC saving account & credit card. I meet with an accident 2 months back due to which I was not able to make the payment of my HDFC credit card.. 2 days back I received a call from HDFC credit card department for my due payment. I informed that guy about my accident and also told him that I will make the payment by next week. But that guy was not ready to listen anything and uses unprofessional languages and also giving me the threats that make the payment today itself or we will do whatever we want to do and be ready for the consequences. The tone of that is so rude and he is behaving like a gunda.

I want to ask from HDFC that is this the customer service which you are offering to your customer or you hired some gundas to collect the money from the customers.

I m clearly mentioning that if anything happens to me, directly and only HDFC is responsible for that.

This is really unexpected and unacceptable from such a good and reputed bank.

Hi i am a existing customer of hdfc i am facing lost of problem not yet resolved by u r team & manager as well my a/c end: 1358 has my salary deducted amt: 6000/- in the month of october 2017 not managers of bommanahalli & sahakarnagar managers are not reverting for my problems, i am very unhappy with the u are team managers i kindly requesting you to revert my amount back so kindly do the needful

Hi this is sundeep from Hyderabad..image garden, madhapur, Hyderabad ..actually I thought to open my company bank account..but accountant sridhar reddy ..he is not worth in hdfc bank ..no proper response for customers..such a good bank recruiting this kind of employees ..means bank will loose good name plz resolve this problem ...thanks ..

This is devika. I have contacted one of the hdfc manager. His name is srinivas begumpet branch Hyderabad for 9l loan. Initially, he told we will take two loans instead of one. I said yes, so I got frst loan 7l. He told we will apply for next loan after first emi is debited. This month first emi was debited, now I called him asking for second loan he is saying ur nor eligible cuz recent funding will try after 3mnths.
What is this kind behavior?
I need loan urgently... please resolve my issue asap.
