This is just the worst. By every day passing, HDFC is being totally trash with their service.
I recently applied for a credit card, assisted by a bank representative. I was told that I can do it and my salary was good. First they declined it, the after 3-4 complaints I got no response.
I am already a HDFC customer, and was told that I already have give then address proof, so I don't need to submit again.
But HDFC, is being worst and making a customer do the whole process to go to bank, submit paper and all. This is the worst service when they all things all digital.
My last 2 complaints are not resolved, I have no way of calling HDFC, because they just avoid customers.
Worst bank and service ever. :) I am a customer, not your slave that I would cry for your credit card. Kindly keep it to yourself now, there are many banks giving credit cards, wth better service an faster too. You all just call when you want customer to apply, then disappear.
Shame on you HDFC.
I cannot ask for a resolution now. As HDFC will avoid again.
