Myself Abhijit Banerjee, having HDFC Credit Card No: [protected]
which was used from period[protected] where my total due was unpaid
after that since year 2009 I've settle all due which was lying due in
my Card, , settlement done to Franchisee of Credit Card (HDFC) and
final settlement receipt provided by them.
after long time on 30.06.2014 when my salary credited into Bank same
day all amount debited automatically from my account without any
information, which is quite surprising . from that incident time i'm
continuously trying to contact them but they mislead me and not
providing any support .
As a innocent resident and client of HDFC this type of ridiculus
services are not expected from HDFC end. nor they are convening me my
Actual Due where I need to understand the problem why this happening .
So from the above incident I'm frustrated and force to move Consumer
Forum for Justice .
Pls look into the matter seriously as facing huge difficulty and problem.

All settlement done of my Due vide HDFC MEMO No: 15662612 dt: 28.01.09, 15662625 dt: 28.01.09 (cash), 15900307 dt: 12.02.09 (cash), 16494817 dt: 23.03.09 (cash), 16772115 dt: 15.04.09 & 16868712 dt: 29.04.09 (cash). Where Executive confirm & assure verbally that all settlement done and no dues lying in your card in Year 2009.
But Unfortunately after long time on 30.06.2014 when my salary credited into Bank same

As a prestigious Customer Credit Card department has done Fraudulent & Shameful activity to me. Now I'm forced to make complain against your HDFC Credit Card Dept in CONSUMER FORUM, Complain Done on dt: 03.07.2014 against Fraudulent & Cheating Case.
If the same not waive or settle within 02 working days then I'm bound to complain against your HDFC Bank to President, PM officially for misleading client.

SECOND REQUEST FOR JUSTICE : ( BELOW MAIL COMMUNICATION HAD WITH HDFC CREDIT CARD )
As per your clarification mail you required some clarification from my end below is detail of Reciept which is issued from Your HDFC Bank for payment of settlement done, pls do check from your end and revert back ..
"All settlement done of my Due vide HDFC MEMO No: 15662612 dt: 28.01.09, 15662625 dt: 28.01.09 (cash), 15900307 dt: 12.02.09 (cash), 16494817 dt: 23.03.09 (cash), 16772115 dt: 15.04.09 & 16868712 dt: 29.04.09 (cash). Where Executive confirm & assure verbally that all settlement done and no dues lying in your card in Year 2009. "
For your kind information your Representative repeatedly told me that all your settlement done no payment lying in your Card as per Memo Provided, So I feel this is completely Negligence from your BANK for this I'm suffered.
This kind of Activity done by your Said Representative as a Sincere Customer of HDFC BANK I was satisfied as for your Kind information currently I'm also using other BANK Card and continue purchasing and paying on timely basis, no allegation levied at me by other BANK.
HOW YOUR BANK WILL DO, , , , THIS MEANS YOUR BANK IS CHEATING AND CONTINUE MISLEADING BY DOING THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY.
Yesterday, I got a threat call from one of your Executive to pay all amount which is due in CARD within 02 days unless they will take action through recovery officer, if this activity done by your Bank Representative which is quite Surprising.
