I am holder of HDFC Millenia Credit card for few years. Dec 2022 I was asked to do Re-KYC for my Credit card via a letter from HDFC Bank. Jan 2023, I filled up the KYC form and adhaar copy and sent it to the above address.
There was no acknowledgement from the HDFC Bank side regarding the same. Then post 3 months I again got the same letter. Jun 2023, I filled up the KYC form and adhaar copy and sent it to the above address.
Now the Bank has disabled my Card and Reward points, saying that the ReKYC has not been done. I have escalated this to their customer care.
But they are purposely delaying the matter since last 1 month and I have lost so much on the Bank offers.
I want them to refund for my reward points and discontinue the association with the Bank and
They are NOT ALLOWING the same and threatning me instead. I will have to take a police action if this continues from their end.
