HDFC Bank — credit card delay in payment | |
I got delay in credit car payment. I have got call from collection team of hdfc card. I nicely told her I am not anle to pay the minimum amount charge in this month. I will do the payment in next month with all interest an all. That leady gets shouting on me and give the call to her manager. Her manager name is sanjay kadam: [protected]. I also talk to him and told him I am not able to pay the charges but he was also don't want to listen. He talk me like that I am just using his card. He force me to fill complete amount and when I ready to pay minimum amount still also he don't accept the proposal . My request to hdfc bank kindly investigate this matter and teach his employee how to talk with customer.
