I have hdfc credit card. It is ending with 3949. I have called to customer care regarding emi conversion for my next purchase. Customer care executive told me you can convert your total purchasing amount to emi, he was not mention any specific period regarding the offer. As per his assurance only i have purchased around rs 32500. After that they are telling your card has't have emi offer. Now how can i pay that much amount at a time. And some customer care executive does, t have clear knowledge about offers. They are looting the customers money.

During opening of D mat account they told me no charges except annual maintenance charge. and now hdfc bank charged depository charges against my d mat account.

HDFC bank deducted 114 Rs from my account every month with the description "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC". I dont understand why the bank is doing this. And iam being charged with this amount from past 2 months.
