HDFC Bank — Credit Card is not working when swiped in shopping stores.

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

Credit card shows "DECLINED" message while doing billing from swipe machines in shopping stores.As per HDFC customer executives there is no any problem with the card and they are not helping me nor providing proper solution for the problem occured.
