Dear HDFC Credit Card,
I got a call from the number +91 [protected] at 5:55 pm yesterday 24.8.15. The guy who spoke to me said he is calling from Chennai main branch and that he is taking care of my accounts. He requested me to buy medical credit card for my parents by trying to convince me with the benefits. When i refused, he replied to me stating that, all the HDFC credit card holders needs to buy this and it is something mandatory. when i further refused, he replied that "if you cannot afford to pay this, how will you be able to pay your credit card bills". I asked him whether is it compulsory to buy this and told him that it is not required for me at all at the moment and i will never fail to pay the bills for what i would spend using my card. His reply was - "how can you pay your credit card bill when you cannot afford to buy this medical card?" and then he finally said he will block my card. I haven't heard such a ridiculous response from any sales guy ever before. this is seriously insane. Please take necessary action. Was this information helpful? |
