[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card - payment cycle and card upgradation | |||
I called hdfc credit card customer care and after pressing 20-30 digits i got the opportunity to speak with the customer care. I requested them to change my billing cycle as the existing billing cycle is not suitable for me. They told me that i can't change my billing cycle and that for any change i have to write to chennai office. Where is the flexibility and customer sarisfaction? Icici and all other cards offer flexibility while hdfc offers address of chennai office. I have been using hdfc bank credit card for 4 years and still my request for payment cycle change has not been entertained.in this age of digital transformation you are asking your customer to fill a form and send it to chennai office.
