[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card payment cycle | |||
Unfortunately I have credit card of HDFC Bank and purchased Washing machine on credit card. Since than i`m paying more than installment amount. Two times i have to pay more than installment as fund was not sufficient. During payment i have selected minimum amount as i understand installment amount. When i inquired today when only 03 installments have been left, i was asked to pay 19000/- Rs. Machine`s original cost was 18, 500/-, I have paid 10 emi`s and still i was aked to pay more 19000 rs. Further when complained, i was told that you supposed to be understood when you purchased card. Was this information helpful? | |||
