[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Credit card payment not showing in my account

Please help me out with my below query related to the credit card transection and amount:

1. As per your mail my credit card outstanding is 10, 856.26 INR, however my credit card section is showing 9637.00 INR and I received the same amount 9636.83 INR message in my phone from HDFC bank. Please check and confirm the correct amount because I have already paid 9636.83 for my outstanding amount on 16th July'21 (receipt attached ), also CC credit card department official for the same.

2. Kindly share any document where the credit card department requested you to put my account on hold. As per my previous savings account summary I have paid approx 6 lakh amount toward my car loan and HDFC loan department has provided NOC as well. For initiating the loan, I approve HDFC loan department to use my savings account. Considering the credit card department as a separate entity then how did they enter the credit amount in my savings account without my prior approval ? In net banking they have a separate section where they have already filled out an outstanding amount of 9637.00.
Is my savings account secure?
