[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit Card Payment went twice

Hello Team,

Today around 12 am, I tried to make a payment for my credit card. However, it came with an error and asked me to try again after a few minutes. Then I tried again and it came with the same error. But then I received an SMS stating that the payment got debited from my account towards the credit card bill. The payment went twice.

Here are my details-

I have now a credit balance of Rs. 32463.
Please refund one of my payments.

1 for language (English) 3 for credit card and 1 for
Credit card balance and
then validate credit card number with PIN and then
choose 2 for unbilled
transactions and other details and then choose 9 to
speak to our officer.
