As per credit card statement which was generated on 02/11/2016 my available credit was 29509/- INR and after that I paid 3250/- on 04/11/2016 but currently my available credit limit is showing 16758.86/- INR.

As credit card was renewed in Aug 2015. But due to some address changes I have not collected the same.

Requesting you to provide me the details where the 16000/- INR credit utilized.
