[Resolved] HDFC Bank — DCD deduction | |
Hi This is mohamed riyazudeen, On 27th There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card. Rs. 590 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 28th evening when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Thank god i had only Rs. 984 in my account. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered. Verified Support Aug 03, 2021 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We wish to inform you that there is no transaction initiated from your Debit card dated July 27, 2021. However, the amount of Rs. 590.00 is debited from your account for Annual Fee of the Debit card.
