HDFC Bank — Debit Card Not Working | |
Dear Sir, I am Karthick K. I have an account in hdfc bank, on 30 Oct 21 I Went to the atm center to withdraw cash but i can't withdraw it. After I went to another atm center there, I also couldn't withdraw it. Others withdraw the cash. Then i called at the day to customer care they told lot of person having same issue you will give request to get new card but you would pay money for that new card. I told a lot of members that facing this issue means hdfc updates their software. That's why the problem happened, then why should I pay. The Executive has no answer for this question. He repeatedly told me you have to pay for it. I clearly said I can't pay because my card has 2 years validity and it's in good condition so I can't pay. You will resolve the issue or send a new card without cost. He took the complaint (30 Oct 21) then told a maximum of 2 working days to resolve the complaints. But till now (12 Nov 21) there is no reply. Another executive also replied with the same answer. But there is no reply to those complaints if I ask there is no answer. Then again take one more complaint. I can't believe those complaints. Kindly give me a solution for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |
