[Resolved] HDFC Bank — debit on my savings account for cash withdrawal

On 10th dec 2018 there was a debit of rs 177 from my savings account [protected] with cust id 24396461, this was a cash cheque issued to my wife for cash withdrawl and she has withdrawn the same from her branch. Please check and arrange to reverse these charges and revert. Please don't tell me these are charges for cash withdrawl from other branch and not home branch.in that case you are defeating the purpose of anywhere banking.
