[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Deducting money without intimation for credit card which is no aware in use | |||
Amount deducted from account without intimation which is not in use, we have been asking for the statement of the credit card no proper response from HDFC executive even thought we go branch and ask for it. since i am requesting for help and they again deducting amount and executives are not at all responding properly on time as i got struck with my mother health issues, is this how bank responds when their is urgency.
