[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Deductions on name of amb chrg incl st & cess

I asked for Car loan, for same i needed an account in same branch, For opening account it was told to me that it is a 0 balance account and I opened for loan purpose, now they started deducting Money in name of AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS. I need this money to be refunded.
