Good Afternoon!
I want to raise a complain against the hdfc credit card department for delaying the delink process of my credit card from my savings bank account.
This process usually takes 3-4 working days. However, it has crossed more than a week and the account is not yet delinked.
This is not at all a good customer service. And, more over the customer care representatives are repeatedly saying same thing "it will be done in next 24 hours". This is not at all accepted.
Kindly look into it and please help me out from this trouble.Hope for a positive response.Thank You
