I have been using an HDFC Credit Card for more than 3 years now. Recently, in the month of August-2014, my old card (which was about to expire) was replaced by a new Credit Card. I have received the new card quite sooner than expected. But the worst part is that till now I have not received the PIN no. for the same. It is more than 3 months now since I received the new Credit card & in the span of these 3 months, I have already called Customer Care at least 5-6 times & requested to send the PIN no. at my registered address. Every time I got the same response from the Customer Care executives that they have put the request & I can expect the PIN no. to be delivered within 7 working days. Those 7 working days have never come to an end. I have not received the PIN no. yet & this is causing much inconvenience to me. People should really have more than normal level of patience in order to just speak once to the Customer Care Executive. So, I would request the concerned individual to kindly resolve my issue & send me the PIN no. for the credit card at my registered address. Was this information helpful? |
