Rs. 147 was deducted from my account while recharging through PayTM. But the transaction failed and the money was not reversed to my account. Below goes the details.

For this I have called a couple of times HDFC customer care, but all the calls got disconnected midway. I have also written multiple times using the "Contact us" option and "Mail"(Reference no of the communication: [protected]) in NetBanking. But I haven't received any reply from HDFC.
