HDFC Bank — Didn't receive hdfc my welcome kit

Hi, i opened my salary account on 1 nov 2021 At HDFC bank but till now welc0me kit not received by post.. How can I track the status and till now I didn't get any SMS about dispatch.. How many days u people take to send the kit..
