[Resolved] HDFC Bank — edc machine - merchant services | |||
We are getting rental for an edc machine tid[protected] which is not installed with us. When we complained to the bank, they are giving us a monotonous reply that its installed with us and we need to check our premises. When we asked for transaction/ service history to prove that machine is installed with us, they are not able to provide the same. We want refund of the entire wrongly charged rental along with service charge, service tax/ gst and interest. I have looped in the managing director (Hdfc bank) also in my mails, but to my surprise there is no response from his team also. Hdfc bank has got really pathetic and insensitive over the years.
