HDFC Bank — Emi paid via help desk but ach mandate rejection hurting cibil

Address:india

Hello i have a running loan in your bank
loan number is 46833336
Since last couple of years i used to pay my current loan’s emi manually in this account number
[protected] and someone from customer care used to update the transaction number on my behalf, hence i used to get mandate reject messages in ur system as the account which was registered for auto deduction was closed and unfortunately i couldn’t got a chance to register another account for auto deduction until last year my account got registered and emi as usual getting deducted automatically.

Bottom line is i am regularly paying emi even before time since almost 4 years.

Now due to this my cibil getting affected despite of paying each emi on time via help desk.

Plz look into this asap
